How to Submit a Return:
1) Ensure your order qualifies for a return by reviewing the Conditions below.
3) If your items qualify, mail your completed form and unused items to the address below.
4) Please be patient as returns can take upward of 14-21 days to fully process.
All Returns must include the Return/Exchange Form OR the 15 Day Wash™ Form or they will not be processed.

To Request a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange Products Must Be:
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
- Returns will not be processed if they do not include the Return/Exchange Form filled out in its entirety. If you are unable to print the form, all information on the form must be provided on a piece of paper and mailed with the order. If your order number is not included, the return will not be processed.
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items mailed to us without the appropriate Return/Exchange information included. Any products mailed to us without this information will be donated or recycled based on their condition.
- If products arrive damaged, we will be unable to fulfill the return request and items will be donated or recycled.
- Seconds, Used or Clearance items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
- Limited Edition releases are subject to a 15% restock fee.
- If an entire order is returned, any free gift in the order must be returned in new condition, or the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from the return amount.
- Breast pumps and accessories, bottles and accessories, personal hygiene products (reusable feminine products or creams, lotions, soaps etc.) cannot be returned once opened for the health and safety of our customers.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of and approval by Nicki’s Diapers.
If You Received Free Shipping:
- And request a refund, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- And you request store credit, the shipping cost will not be deducted, and the full purchase price will be credited. However, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
- And you requested an exchange, you must pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
15 Day Wash™
Try cloth diapers for 15 days on us. If you don’t love them, simply return them for store credit.
- Applies to all cloth diapers, training pants, and diaper covers (no diapering accessories or disposable products).
- To receive store credit, the 15 Day Wash™returns must include the 15 Day Wash™ Return Form and be postmarked within 15 days of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return packages we do not receive. We recommend you get Delivery Confirmation and/or Insure your package so it can be tracked.

- Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing.
- Defective items are handled directly through the manufacturer. Please see their website for contact information.
