Nicki's Diapers Newborn Diaper Cover offers a truly economical way to cloth diaper your new addition to the family. This newborn cover has an adjustable rise so it will fit your baby from 5-13 lbs. It works great with the Nicki's Diapers X-Small GreatFit Prefolds for the most economical cloth diapering you will find!

Use Nicki's Diapers Newborn Diaper Cover with prefolds, flats, contours or fitted diapers. You can simply wrap the cover around your cloth diaper, or use the inner front and back flats to tuck your prefold or flat under. The interior is wipeable so it can be used multiple times before washing.

The combination of the waterproof yet breathable material and the double leg gussets make this diaper cover leakproof no matter what you use inside it for absorbency.

The Nicki's Diapers Newborn Diaper Cover is available in hook & loop or snap closure.

    To Use:
  • Adjust front snaps to desired size
  • Secure over an absorbent cloth diaper
  • Reuse if not soiled
    Care Instructions:

  2. Hot wash.
  3. Tumble or line dry.

Great covers! No leaks!
These covers are great. The sizing is very flexible with the adjustable snaps. Baby is already around ten pounds and still fitting into the smallest setting. We'll be able to use these for quite awhile yet- compared to other covers where he is already on the largest setting. No leaks. Love the softer double gussets- they don't leave nasty indents in his soft skin like the rumparoos covers. In my comparison, they fit just like the Imagine brand covers

better than imagine
(Comparing ND cover, ND fitted without snaps, prefolds, Imagine cover, and Blueberry coveralls.) My daughter is slightly over 10 pounds and is 2 months old. She is tall and thin, not like my son who was always chunky. I find this diaper cover perfect for both of them (obviously I don't use the newborn size for my 2-yr old toddler). Compared to the imagine cover, ND's cover is taller in the front rise and therefore should last longer until she outgrows it. I never used the NB size for my toddler but I do use the one size ND cover for him with the ND fitted (without snaps) with a snappi and it is perfect for his large legs. I've tried the kissaluvs fitted diaper with the ND diaper cover and find it's a bit snug; the blueberry coveralls are a touch larger and are more comfortable for him. However, I find the kisses fitted to be too bulky and can hold more liquid than I need it to, so I'm finding my favorite combination is the ND cover with the ND fitted with a snappi. Having a fitted diaper inside the cover (as opposed to a prefold) is best for two reasons: 1, the entire diaper absorbs (a prefold just doesn't absorb as much) and 2, the entire mess is caught in the fitted first and then if there are any leaks, the cover catches it instead of leaking out. Bye bye blowouts!

Great Economical Choice
My daughter is 3 1/2 months and still wearing her Nicki's newborn covers! This is a great economical choice - it's sturdy, well made and sized more like a size 1 cover than a newborn. It's larger than my Blueberry mini and Thirsties size 1, and has three rise settings. At almost 4 months, we still have room to grow (though my babe is on the petite side). The only con I see with this diaper is that the wings are longer than most diapers, which makes the leg holes a little bit wider. If your baby has stick legs, this could mean gaps, but even when using prefolds and flats, I haven't had a single leak with these covers. Nicki's and GMD newborn/small prefolds, flats and fitteds all fit very well under this cover. Great price, and durable enough to be worn by multiple children - I'll be adding more to my stash for baby #3 when the time comes! I have both snap and H&L options, and love both.

Great Cover!
I have a couple of covers for my newborn and this and my imagine cover are my favorite. My LO fit this right after birth (6lbs 5oz) and it still continues to to fit him well. He is now 11lbs, tall and skinny. He is on the second snap down on the rise and only two snaps out on the waist, this will definitely fit him for awhile longer! I use this primarily over my prefolds and flats and it works perfectly. I do not not trifold my prefolds, I prefer to snappi them close, but this diaper does have inner flaps so it would hold a flat or prefold. Highly recommend!
