Shipping Update - We are making every effort to reduce the number of employees who need to report to the warehouse for shipping operations. If your order is not urgent please consider waiting a week or two to place the order. Instead of orders taking 1-2 business days to ship please expect 3-5 business days.
Sales and Promotions Update - We are pausing all planned sales and promotions for the next several weeks with one notable exception. We know that during this time of need many families are struggling to find disposable diapers locally and may have financial strains. SHIPPING UPDATE RE: OHIO SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER
YES! Our warehouse is remaining open as we ship diapers (and other products such as food) which are deemed essential. We are taking a ton of precautions with off-setting staff schedules, extra hand washing, and temperature checkins, and social distancing.
Please know order processing may be delayed due to the precautions that we are taking with warehouse staffing but YES we are still shipping daily.
If anything changes in this status we will alert you all. Our goal is to comply with all federal and state mandates while keeping our team safe and serving our customers as best we can. If anyone has concerns about this please contact us directly.

First and foremost, we hope you all are doing well and staying healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic! Around the country we are seeing Shelter in Place orders being issued and “non-essential” businesses being asked to suspend operations. We know this is a stressful and anxiety inducing time. You are not alone in this feeling! Businesses and communities across the globe are feeling the effects and we at Nicki’s Diapers are right there with you!
We want you to know that we are here for you and that we are taking orders and shipping daily!
Right now we are focused on two simple priorities: shipping orders and providing customer service.
This is unchartered territory and we want to provide some guidance to our community on what is happening here behind the scenes as well. Our entire non-warehouse team now works 100% remotely. To encourage social distancing we are reducing the number of people working in the warehouse at any single time and are moving to multiple non-overlapping daily shifts with weekend operations. This new schedule is for everyone’s health and safety but may slow our shipping time and for that we apologize.
We are beginning to get official guidance from brands we carry and from our own manufacturers about confirmed delays in product releases. We anticipate shipping and stocking delays for the next several months. These delays are outside of our control as logistical companies and manufacturers are facing the effects of the pandemic as well. We will be doing our best to provide you with shipping and stocking updates as often as possible. Please be mindful that our ability to provide guidance is hampered.
For your friends that are asking you about cloth diapering we also have news. We have seen an uptick in interest in sustainable parenting practices, primarily cloth diapering, and we are working on getting some new package deals available for those interested in joining our community!
Lastly, it is important to note that in this trying time for so many we feel its best to focus on our families and our health. We hope you do the same! Stay tuned on our Facebook for updates on any new releases and promotions! During time they will be infrequent, but FLUFFING AMAZING

During this time of heightened concern for health and hygiene we want to provide a brief update on the impact of COVID-19 within our community and company.
First and foremost we wish you all good health and safety during this time. The impacts of COVID-19 will be far reaching and we are already seeing impacts within the lives of those in the the cloth community and our thoughts and best wishes are with you all.
From all research and guidance we can find from the WHO, CDC, and other medical authorities the transmission of COVID-19 is largely a person to person contact issue. The virus does not transmit via packages in the mail or via fabric like cloth diapers. According to all of the leading research it is completely safe to shop online with us like always. Even still, we are taking a few precautions for our health and yours, just to be extra safe!
1. All of our packing fairies wash their hands before handling our products and packages. They are now making extra stops during the work day to wash up as they work.
2. Anybody who is sick in any way is being asked not to come to work and to work remotely instead.
3. We are making special accommodations for staff with extenuating family circumstances so that our team and those they love are well cared for.
4. In recent weeks we paused the sale of all gently used products returned to us under our 15 day wash guarantee due to warehouse changes. Effective immediately we will not be putting any returned products into our used inventory for the forseeable future. We plan to revisit this in coming weeks. We believe that this precaution is not needed but we would rather take this additional step to ensure everyone’s safety during this time.
The impact of this health concern will be wide reaching in our supply chain. All of the brands you know and love WILL BE IMPACTED by slower than usual shipments. Even USA made products will see these delays.
We also expect inevitable delays with USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL that will impact both inbound shipments to our warehouse and your end delivery times. The changes in international flights will impact all orders crossing borders to and from the US. We are doing absolutely everything we can to stay on top of product availability, lead times, supply chain changes, shipping updates, and customer service.
