Warranty Information

The following information will help you with any problems you may have with defective merchandise.  Many manufacturers prefer to handle defects themselves so they are aware of problems that occur.  Please click on the provided link of each manufacturer for more information.  If you have any questions or are having trouble reaching a manufacturer, please contact us at info@nickisdiapers.com

All products are guaranteed against workmanship or material defects for 60 days from date of purchase. This guarantee covers seams, stitching, snaps, elastics, or other sewing defects. Fading, staining or fabric pilling is considered normal wear and does not fall under this warranty. Any alterations to the product (dying, stitching, etc) will void the warranty. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at orders@nickisdiapers.com. We will determine if your product can be replaced.

Defective products will be exchanged free of charge and are guaranteed for 45 days from shipping date for any sewing defects.  Before returning any items the customer must contact BabyKicks and provide a receipt displaying the purchase date.  Refunds are not offered for products that have been improperly cared for or due to natural wear.  BabyKicks number one priority is customer satisfaction.  They will do their utmost to resolve any issue that may arise in regards to product quality and workmanship.

Blueberry will exchange or replace faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size.  Unless they do not have your original item in stock, they will only replace the item with a different color.  If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so they can correct the problem immediately.  Because they have no control over how products are used, they do not cover leaks, offensive odors, build-up, fading, color bleeding, normal wear and tear or stains.  As soon as your package is received, your refund will be processed or your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out within 5-10 business days.

The warranty covers workmanship of the diaper. The diaper is covered fr 90 days against any manufacturing defect. In event your diaper i deective, the consmer, at their expense, will returnthe diaper toBum Essentials for repair or replacement. The diaper will need to be clean when it is returned. The warranty will nt be hnored if you return a soiled diaper. You must provide proof of purchase from a qualified retailer.

bumGenius stands behind the workmanship and material in properly cared for product for one year from the date of purchase.  Their guarantee covers all components of their products including snaps, lining, hook & loop closures, elastic and waterproofing.  The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the diapers only.  Proof of purchase is required.  Product must be sent at customer's expense to Cotton Babies.

Bumkins products are warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.  Normal wear and tear is not covered.  Please keep your receipt or record of purchase for Bumkin's reference.  Warranty issues or claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller.

Bummis guarantees that their polyester products will be waterproof for 100 washes and their nylon products for 50 washes.  This guarantee applies to the waterproof fabric only.  They also guarantee that their products will be free of defects in workmanship after reasonable use as part of a rotation of diapering products.  They will not replace products after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from a retailer.

DryBees offers a 1-year warranty on all materials used in the construction of diapers.  Contact April at Customer Service (drybeescustomerservice@gmail.com) or call 877-890-7071.  You will need a receipt, clear photo and/or be asked to return the product to get a replacement.

The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship.  They stand behind all of their products and will either repair or replace free of charge during the first 12 months any carrier or accessory that does not meet their high standards.  Proof of purchase is necessary. They require that the carrier or accessory be sent to them directly so they can confirm the defect and make a decision on whether to repair or replace them.

FuzziBunz's warranty covers snap defects, sewing/workmanship defects and PUL defects for 1 year.  Diapers will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling, shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies.  Please fill out the FuzziBunz Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located at:  http://www.fuzzibunzretailers.com/prodSupport.php  All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt.

Kissaluvs offers some of the best guarantees in the business.  Snaps are guaranteed during the useful life of a Kissaluvs diaper.  You don't need an original receipt, nor do you need to be the original owner.  Defective items will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase.

Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for 1-year.  In that time, you may return a diaper to Knickernappies at no charge.  They will repair or replace it, then mail it back.  After 1-year they will repair it, if it is repairable, at no charge.  You will just have to pay to ship it to them.  Knickernappies will pay to return it to you.  Returns (include a note with your name, address, email, and reason for return) may be sent to:  Knickernappies, 5729 Main St #155, Springfield, OR 97478

Mommy's Touch now has a repair department so your diapers can be fixed if something goes wrong.  If you purchased your diaper within the last 6 months there is no charge for this service.  After that there is only a small charge.  If you do not have your receipt and are unable to get a copy from your retailer, Mommy's Touch will assume it is no longer under warranty and will need a check or money order for the repairs.  Snap replacement on diapers or other items can be done for $3.00.  Repairs that require sewing after the 6-month warranty are $5.00.

Thirsties products are under warranty for up to 90 days after the original purchase date.  Defects include loose stitching, hole, sewing workmanship, etc.  Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal wear and tear and does not suffice for repair or replacement.  Email Thirsties directly if you have a problem with a defective product.
