I bought these in a Large and they work as an insert in my pockets on the middle rise setting. I bought them because my daughter was out-peeing her microfiber inserts, but these fixed that! No more leaks since we started using these. My only note is that they do take a long time to dry, even in the dryer. Worth the price!

I have an average wetter and he can easily go three hours in these. I love them!

These are nice inserts, very trim and natural fibers. They work by themselves for an average wetter.

Happy with them
They work great as a doubler during the day for our 16 month old heavy wetter. We can even go 3 hours if we're out an about without leaks. They do not add a lot of bulk which is great but do take a while to dry. We put them in the dryer for 50 min with all the diapers, hang to finish drying and back in dryer for 10 min to fluff. Mine have not gotten smelly like some people claim. I do use Hard Rockin Green detergent though...not sure if that makes a difference.

Super-absorbant / takes forever to dry
Because these are super-absorbent, they take forever end ever to dry, and that's a bit of a pain. Because my little guy is such a heavy wetter, I have to combine these with multiple other liners (usually a total of four), and that's still not a guarantee of him not leaking. So for the heaviest wetters, these may not do the trick.
