These are my "go to" diapers for overnights. They are super absorbent and fit my little chunker's thighs perfectly!

I love these fitteds for naps and long car rides because they never leak when used with a cover. I was recommended them by a mom whose son was a super heavy wetter, and I have not been disappointed. I do not view the need for a cover a negative- have you seen the adorable covers out there?!

I got three size 1 one velcro two snap. I did prefer velcro just because of easy of use especially when just getting used to a newborn at home. I didn't start using these until my baby was about 7.5 lbs and they fit great on the smallest setting. Now at 12 lbs we are on the medium setting. They absorb great and paired them with a xs thirties cover. They took about 60 minutes to dry on low.

convenient diaper for diaper bag
I like the Thirsties Duo, particularly since my son is very wiggly and it's hard to get a prefold on him sometimes. So it's very convenient to put the hook and loop version on him. (By the way, I find the h/l to be quite strong!) It's absorbent but not enough to use as a nighttime diaper--just average absorbency I'd say, similar to a cotton prefold. A nice fitted but nothing spectacular. I'd buy more if the price was right.

I really liked this fitted after the stump fell off. It was kinda bulky to begin with, but it's so soft and cozy! Nice for cover free time. I like that asborbent part isn't completely sewn down so that it can wash better.
