This diaper cover is a good option for something breathable at night, especially over a fitted diaper or a pre fold put on the normal way. It's cut very wide, so it would fit over just about any type of fitted, but it's too big /bulky for daytime use under clothes. Also if you are just looking to lay in a thin insert/prefold/whatever, it may not be tight enough to hold it in place, so leaks can happen that way.
