Shipping Options

Shipping is available through DHL/USPS and FedEx

• Orders over $75.00$50.00 ship for FREE via DHL and USPS (valid for Contiguous USA shipping only). 
• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available through USPS and FedEx at discounted rates.
• International shipping is available through USPS at current rates.
• Orders over 4 lbs. are now able to ship FedEx Ground at no additional cost.
• 2 Day Express Shipping through FedEx is available

• We will calculate the cost of ground shipping to your location and deduct that from the cost of 2 Day rate, allowing Nicki’s to continue covering your traditional ground shipping costs while giving you the option to upgrade

Additional Shipping Information

• Orders with in stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days.  If your items are out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service.
• If you have a P.O. box, please include both your box number and your physical address in the shipping address.

• Lost or Damaged Packages - If your package is  lost or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you. A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 30 days of shipment and does not have a confirmed delivery by USPS or FedEx.
• Missing Package - If your package has a delivery confirmation please check with your local USPS/FedEx to determine where the package may have been left. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.

To further preserve the environment, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible. We encourage you to do the same!
