We've tried several brands of flats and even flour sack towels and these are our current favorites. Our baby is 4 months old and we've been experimenting this whole time trying to find what works for us. What an adventure! We've tried every style of diaper in several different brands and for now, till he's mobile, we are loving flats and covers (pull-ons). These bamboo/cotton flats are so soft and trim, absorbent, and they wash and dry so easy! My only complaint is that they are officially a rectangle. I so wish they were square but we are making it work. We are currently using a modified neat fold and a newborn kite fold. Another bonus with these flats is our baby doesn't fuss so much after he wets the diaper so I think he likes them, too. All practicality aside, babies in flat diapers are absolutely adorable!!!

I had gotten the unbleached small cotton flats. They are very absorbent and function excellently. They have been my favorite diapers to use over my AIOs and AI2s. I love how easy they are to get clean. Size small is fitting well on my 20lb almost 2yr old, but almost growing out of it. They are not exactly square and I use the Origami fold.

Love Nickis Bamboo flats!!
Super soft and amazingly absorbent. I ordered during the free shipping promo and now I can not wait until they do another free shipping promo to order some more.

Both types are nice...the bamboo is AMAZING!
I almost hate typing this but I purchased these flats for house cleaning and for my husband to clean the car and other hobby work. They both are soft and get better with washed. The Bamboo...well my husbands word are 'WOW"! OK we have 1 bamboo large my toddler is using as a blanket for her dolly. I may dye it so it stays separate from the cleaning rags.
