This helped me greatly in the frst few months of brastfeeding. The only down side is that the plastic tabs used to keep track of the time baby eats break easily. I had to buy a replacement bracelet just to get some extra tabs because all of mine had broken. Overall GREAT product otherwise.

Good product, few flaws
The band is very helpful IF you remember to change the information on it when you feed (I didn't always). It is comfortable to wear, but even with careful use, all 4 of the tabs (that come with it to slide for keeping track of the time fed) were broken within a month. I no longer use it.
