Have been using this multi-purpose balm since my first daughter was born 4 years back. This is the perfect diaper rash lotion- safe on baby's skin as well as perfectly okay for cloth diapering.Washes well and leaves no stains. Not just diaper cream, but works for so many other conditions - nicks and scrapes, dry skin, chaffing issues and a great nipple cream for sore nipples when breast feeding.Its surely the all-purpose go to lotion around our home for lots of conditions.

I love this booty balm!
We brought our newborn home from the hospital to a brand new home.....without a washer and dryer. As a result, we had to use disposable diapers for two weeks. My newborn developed a diaper rash within this period, which then turned into a yeast infection. After switching over to cloth diapers and this booty balm, as well as the wipe concentrate, she hasn't had a hint of a sore bottom. I use this balm every night and whenever she looks a little red. Smells great and works wonderfully!
