We used all-in-ones with our child for nearly 2 yrs but after she developed an incurable rash (and believe me, we tried everything) we gave pre-folds a try. I had a GMD and was happy with the process of pre-folds but was not pleased with the price tag. We gave Imagine prefolds a shot and are so pleased that we did! They're just as absorbent as the GMD diapers. The size is great, the fit is great, all in all, we are very pleased!

These run really big
I bought the large size for my 19 lb six month old. They're huge! I still have to fold them over. Maybe when my son is a year older they'll fit the right way but I didn't want to buy mediums when he's so close to outgrowing them, according to the weight recommendations. Having said that, they're very soft and very absorbent, never have smell issues, and I never have leaks. But if you have a younger baby I'd buy a smaller size, no matter what they weigh.

never a leak, and very absorbent. Funtionally these are great. However we have a hard time using a snappi (probably because we got the smart fit instead of regular) and they leave red compression marks all over our tiny baby. Thats the way of prefolds from what I read so I cant knock the brand for that. Lesson learned that they are not for us though.

I bought large Prefolds for my baby who is about 21 pounds. She is almost on the largest rise and I didn't want to buy medium to just turn around and buy large maybe a month later. So they are big in her diaper right now. I was using cheap Gerber prefolds and these are tons softer then those. The Gerber ones were smaller and therefore more trim then these. However, Imagine Prefolds are more absorbent.

My go to diaper
I use these diapers trifoled in my pocket diapers. I wish I had known about these from the start. They are very absorbent and fairly trim. I have had ZERO stink issues with these diapers. LOVE them and would consider ordering more!
