In general, I like my Imagine one-size diaper cover. The color is gorgeous, and the quality is comparable to more expensive brands. Although I agree that the Imagine cover will fit many babies up to 35 pounds or more, I do find the rise a bit low, especially for my daughter whose torso is on the longer side. If you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality diaper cover, I recommend checking out the Imagine brand.

Equal to or better than Thirsties!
I was in love with my Thirsties covers - loved the double gussets, sturdy construction, and ease of washing. Then I bought three Imagine covers on sale, and amazingly enough, love them even more than my Thirsties! They are thinner so seem to have a trimmer fit than the Thirsties. I've only had them about a month but they are holding up just fine so far.
The only thing I wish was different about these is that they don't have elastic on the front like my Thirsties, so they do gap a little bit. So far no leaking issues, but I'm a little concerned that they might with a really heavy pee.

Hook and Loop rubs belly
I bought a Hook and Loop Cover and the top fabric slides down and then the edge of the Velcro rubs my sons belly raw. If it didn't have this problem I would love them. Everything else about them is great so the snap ones probably wouldn't have this problem. FYI though I have another brand that is also the same type of Velcro and it does the same thing, so maybe it is just my son's body type.

I tried this on my 28 month old around 30lb. son with toddler prefolds. The rise on this diaper is perfect. The width is pretty slim and the toddler prefold barely fits. The gussets are not gussets they are part of the bottom of the diaper for an older child. It works! The fit is the best that I have found for my 2 year old in a one size diaper because the rise is so generous. I am a happy customer. Pretty soon it will be passed down to baby brother and that is awesome.

Great covers, great price!
I own close to a dozen of these covers and I really like them. I use prefolds with them. I have some with hook & loop and some snap and I definitely prefer the snap, as they are more durable. All the colors and patterns are really cute.
