They are okay, but add a LOT of extra length. In fact, it makes the leg holes so big that they sit at belly button level. Diaper is completely uncovered except a strip through the rise. It looks ridiculous. If they were adjustable like a bra extender it would be great, but it adds 3 inches to the rise and is way too long if baby is just outgrowing the size.

onesie expanders
Unfortunately I am not happy with this item....they did not fit a lot of the different onesies and when we went to remove the extender from one of the onesies the snaps came right off the material. I planned to purchase more once we tried them but I will not be doing that.
