Cloth Diaper Liners

Diaper liners are an optional accessory for cloth diapering, but many people believe they make diaper changes quick, easy and mess-free. Cloth diaper liners also help keep rash creams and diaper balms off of your diapers. There are both reusable diaper liners and disposable liners.

Reusable cloth diaper liners are thrown in the wash with dirty diapers. If they are made of micro-fleece, they can help keep your baby feeling dry. Disposable diaper liners, on the other hand, can be tossed and flushed. Both types of liners are recommended to be used while clearing up a diaper rash with diaper cream. This barrier will keep the diaper cream from getting on the absorbent fabric of the cloth diaper, which can keep the diaper from fully absorbing your baby's messes. There are also special diaper creams that are made to be used with cloth diapers.
