I love the trim fit of these trainers. I also love the cotton inserts. These inserts are perfect also as postpartum mama pads. On the trainer If i keep the rise settings on the medium or large i don't need to fold down the insert so these two settings are the trimmest. the Velcro attachment system on the trainer part really sticks in the laundry. If i wash separate it is ok. the side snaps have torn through the fabric on several of mine.

Great training pant!
I only have one of these training pants, but I will be buying more! These are great trainers. They wash well and are easy to use. The side snaps are great for poopy messes because you don't have to pull them down their legs.
The inserts are a little difficult to change out, but if you have two covers, you can keep one ready to go at all times.

Only trainers we use!
Recommend these to everyone who asks about trainers! They for my 36ish pound taller 3 year old great! Inserts are nice. Snap sides makes cleaning up accidents so easy. Pull up and down like underware. My kid loves them:)

Great option
We couldn't use these when we first started training because they didn't get small enough in the waist, but we couldn't resist the great prints. Now that she has grown into them we use them as backup on long car rides - she asks for her "quantum mechanics panties!"

trainers
I like these for around the house, but there are easier options for out and about. The covers I did find to pill with use around the edges.
