I love my Ergo! I flew alone with my son when he was 2, 4, 6 and 8 months old and this what THE item that made it possible! I was able to keep him close but still keep my hands free. The pocket on it was great to keep my ID, plane tickets and cash. The flight attendants allowed me to keep him in it during the flight as long as I unhooked the clip between my shoulders (in case of a crash, they could get him out of it if I were unconscious).

I love the convince of the ergo carrier. My husband likes to use it when we go hiking. However, it can get a bit hot in the summer months...I always try to keep water for my son and sometimes take him out for a little break to cool off. Because of the material and body heat it can get quite warm. I do love the comfort and ease of this carrier.

Our favorite carrier
Love, love, love the Ergo. We received one as a hand me down that had been used for five years and two kids. It is still trucking two kids later. I bought another because I wanted a different color and felt justified doing so because I use my Ergo more than the majority of my baby gear- daily for sure!

When my son finally hit 20 pounds, our old carrier started to hurt my back. So, I decided to try an Ergo and I am sorry I waited to long to give it a shot. It is very easy to use, doesn't hurt my back and best of all baby loves it. Happy baby, happy mama!

absolute fave carrier
I am a tall, thin to average sized mom who makes big babies. This was my absolute favorite for wearing my daughter both on the front and back. She is 2 and still fits comfortably in it. Can't go wrong with the ergo.
