I just have to say that I am so glad I went back to this detergent! I followed the advice on a facebook group that promotes main stream detergents and switched to Gain when my child got a horrible horrible rash and my diapers stunk. I immediately switched back to Eco Sprout and the rash went away and my diapers are clean again. I posted on their science page what happened and my comment was deleted. I guess you just can't go against that group, so hopefully people will read this and follow what the experts and retailers recommend instead. My baby's bum paid the price. I didn't know Nikkis carried Eco Sprout, I'm glad to see they do for my next purchase.

I have I believe soft water and a front loading washer. I used 1 tablespoon and found that wasn't enough still an odor. I would say for 18-24 diapers 1.5 or even 2 tablespoons would be sufficient. Our 19 month old has sensitive skin and this worked well (although only used once). I also tried a sample of Country Save and like that better. Overall this isn't bad, I just like Country Save better because didn't smell odor at all. There seemed to be a slight odor with Eco Sprout. If I had to pick I would pick Country Save.

This is a great detergent. I just bought the sample size. Had ordered it in a different scent but they were out and they send me green tea (they asked me first which I'd take second). I actually like having a nice scent after I wash diapers vs nothing and there is just the smallest tiniest scent but it's clean and nothing else. No build up. Will be ordering more of this. I used to make my own but in all honesty didn't work great on getting stains out.

Eco Sprout Detergent
As a first time cloth diaper user, I was very nervous about getting the diapers cleaned properly. When I set out to put in my first order, I did a lot of review reading and research about what caused the stink, etc. I LOVE this detergent. The diapers come out smelling like absolutely nothing, which is how it should be. No rashes, no problems with absorption and I only use a tablespoon per load. Will stick with this brand for sure!

This is the first cloth diaper detergent I have tried (after trying original tide and having buildup issues) and it seems to work well. My diapers smell the best they have a very long time (after soaking all night) and have remained so. I haven't tried others to compare it to, but it seems to have done a good job for my AIO diapers.
