Received pail as described. It was smaller than I expected which was nice, I thought it was going to be too big. Our DD is only 5weeks but so far so odor is noticed unless pail open. Lid is sufficient, I don't feel it will be a problem under normal nursery use.

Excellent with cloth diapers
This is a great pail that works well with the planetwise wet bag. It can hold 3+ days of cloth diapers for a newborn and it contains the smell really well. It is easy to open and flip the diapers into, also.

diaper pail
I loved this pail, as it is big, and can easily hold three days of diapers, and when closed, contains the smells. The con of this pail is that the lid is flimsy, and after eight months of use, has cracked where the lid opening attaches. It is still functional though.

Fits with the Planet Wise liner
I received this pail today and have not used it yet. I did put the Planet Wise reusable liner in it and it fits. However, I doubt it will do much to contain smells. The plastic is flimsy.
