I love all the Bummis products. I am still using these training pants on my autistic 4-year-old. Over age 3 or so, these will not completely contain pee accidents, but they do well enough that only his pants get wet, not the floor and the furniture. They do contain poop; just turn it inside-out over the toilet and wipe with toilet paper before tossing in the diaper pail. They stand up to our sanitizing washer and dryer. Side openings would make poopy changes easier, though.
