I had a hard time finding covers that fit my preemie well. The newborn size was the smallest I was able to find so far. I started this when my guy was about 6 lbs, but would guess that it would fit smaller babies than that. This is a very trim diaper and is constructed well, but it's not perfect. I am not a fan of white trim because it stains easily. Obviously, since it is so small this cover has a short life-span, but for those looking to cloth diaper very small babies it is recommended.

love the gussets
The pink cover is cute and water proof
the gussets keep the poo in the only draw back is the velco only lasted about 6 months

Pretty Decent
I have on of these in the NB size. All in all, it is pretty decent. I prefer my Thirsties cover as it gives a slightly better fit on my little guy. The Super Brite does seem to have stronger velcro though and a more wipeable surface on the inside. But in general I do reach for my Thirsties cover first...
