My 2 yr old just started to use them due to a reaction with the other types of training pants (pull ups). She loves them it lets her know when she has to go and she tells us more then before.it's so easy to change the insert and a snap to wash them. Haven't had a leak so far and they look and feel like underwear.

Unbelievably small
My son still has the occasional accident at night so I wanted to get a trainer that was like underwear with a little extra protection. He comfortably wears size 4T pants, and he couldn't even get the size large over his thighs. Comparing with other clothes we have, I would agree with another reviewer who says that size large is the equivalent of 2T at most. Sure wish these came in a much larger size.

Run small
I bought the BB trainer in medium/3T for my 18 month old and was very disappointed at how small they are. I would not have expected to need to buy a large/4T size for a girl who wears 2T clothes.

Pistachio Trainers
We absolutely LOVE our trainers! My girl started potty training around 16 months (thank you cloth diapers) and I knew we would need something to make the process easier than snapping and unsnapping diapers every 5 minutes. My girl is a peanut at 23 lbs and 29 inches tall and she wears her small trainer with no gaps or leaks. I use our small Best Bottom Inserts which is awesome getting even more use out of them. I highly recommend Best Bottom trainers especially if you have an early pottier.

small fit
These are very sweet looking and if you have a trim child, I would guess they are great. I have a 30 lb 2.5 year old and they were way too small.
