Many women are about the same size post delivery as they were in their 8th month. So during your 8 month, measure the circumference of your abdomen starting at your belly button. Choose the corresponding band for your size. If measuring just before delivery, simply subtract 3-5 inches from your belly measurement. If you measure after you give birth, simply choose the corresponding band for your belly size.
