We tried several different "cloth friendly" diaper creams and this is the only one that truly took away rashes.
The only reason I am rating it 4 stars is because I don't care for the scent. I wish they had other scents available.

We really like this ointment. A little bit definitely goes a long way, which is great since it's a little on the pricey side. It is great for clearing up rashes and for preventing future breakouts. We use it with every diaper change for our newborn and it's helped keep her rash free. It has a lavender and tea tree scent, so it you don't like those, you may not like this.

Perfect
This is the only diaper cream I own because it works wonderfully. Any sign of redness I slap this on and it's gone by the next change. It leaves no stains on my cloth diapers and smells good. I love how natural all the Angel Baby products are!

Great diaper cream
I use this cream when my kids begin to show redness on their bottoms. It is very mild stuff with nothing questionable or toxic in the ingredients. If the rash gets away from me, I switch to using the Weleda stuff with zinc because it seems more powerful. Most of the time the Earth Mama ointment solves the problem though. It can look chunky, but that doesn't affect its performance.

My favorite
I love earth mama angel baby products. This is my one of my favorite product of them. It applies easily, and leaves good scent on my baby's bottom. I use it on every diaper change. Highly recommended. :)
