I'm using these with the best bottom training pants on my 3 year old for overnight use. They contain her heavy night accidents. I usually snap the "feel wet" insert over top to try to teach her to get up when she has to go. But even when she doesn't, that combination keeps everything in.

Best Cloth diapers!
The inserts are so absorbant and soft! They do an excellent job! These are the only cloth diapers I will recommend to anyone wanting to cloth diaper their little one! Best Bottom all the way!

good product, great cs!
So i ordered L hemp and got M hemp, emailed nickis and they sentme the right ones and a return envelope within a couple days, glad it was hassle free! The inserts are great, though they look huge then shrink a ton when prepping, one wrinkled a bit during prepping but might smooth out after more washes. The MF are more absorbant but these are great for my ds who is working on night PLing

Excellent Liners
These stay dry inserts are just what I was hoping them to be. They keep my heavy wetter little boy dry all night, wash wonderfully and don't smell after being urinated on as I found with the bamboo liners. My son is 8 months old, 20 lbs and I ordered the large insert. I highly recommended.

I think these inserts work well. Have used them several months on both kids and never had problems.
