These stay dry inserts are just what I was hoping them to be. They keep my heavy wetter little boy dry all night, wash wonderfully and don't smell after being urinated on as I found with the bamboo liners. My son is 8 months old, 20 lbs and I ordered the large insert. I highly recommended.

Perfect for overnight use for toddlers
Perfect for my little boy, not near as bulky as the overnight insert! No leaks and no damp mornings! Love best bottom inserts...use them with all my diaper covers!

very absorbent hemp
we purchased the hemp inserts in medium for our 11-12lber. i figured our daughter wasn't going to shrink so I could deal with a little more bulk in order to see if the Best Bottom system would work for us. I wish the inserts were sewn in a loop like Loopydoo inserts are, but they are absorbent. the fleecy side does seem to stay dry against her skin. one star off because if they were serged in 2 pieces, snaps added to the bottom part then sewn together just at the ends, they'd dry much faster.
